These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Tastemoir (the "App"), developed by Manjia Design ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
Everything you write, photograph, or record in Tastemoir belongs entirely to you. We have no access to your journal entries and no rights over your content.
Tastemoir Plus is available as an auto-renewing subscription ($2.99/month or $19.99/year) or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($49.99). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel via your Apple ID Settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store policies. If you experience a billing issue, contact Apple Support. We do not issue refunds directly.
Lifetime Plus purchasers receive all current and future templates and taste expansions at no additional charge, for the lifetime of Plus v1. Future major versions may require a separate purchase and will be clearly communicated in advance.
The free tier includes the Plain template for all five core tastes, unlimited journal entries, and on-device storage — free forever, with no expiration.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The App is intended for personal journaling use only.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or iOS versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manjia Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data. Since your data is stored locally on your device, we strongly recommend maintaining regular iCloud or device backups.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Manjia Design operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
